Therefore, I bake such cupcakes for my son, there is no fat, no margarine. This recipe is easy to prepare and most importantly not greasy. But you can't eat it every day either (since flour products cannot be used for diseases like ours, they cause fermentation in the intestines), only on holidays, so that it would not be offensive to those children who are diet.
Ingredients: flour, baking powder, sugar, egg, kefir, vegetable oil, banana
Cooking method:
Mix flour with baking powder and sugar in a cup.
Add egg, kefir and vegetable oil, and mix everything with a mixer.
Cut the banana into rings.
We spread the dough with a spoon in a mold or molds and add a banana to the middle (as it is convenient for anyone).
