Flatbread pies with a very tender and tasty dough. Suluguni cheese is great for filling. I have been using suluguni for pizza for a very long time.

Cooking method:

We immediately weigh 450 g of flour in a separate container. Let's make a brew first. Add yeast, sugar and 5 tablespoons of flour (from 450 g already weighed) to warm milk. Stir, cover with a lid or film and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add salt, vegetable oil and the remaining flour to the dough (more or less flour may be needed). Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Again cover with a lid or film and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.

For the filling, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. We divide the dough into 4 parts. We form balls from each part and leave it under a towel for 5 minutes. We also divide the filling into 4 parts.

We make a cake from the dough, put the filling on one half of the cake, close the second half and pinch the edges with a fork. With a wooden stick, we make holes on the cake for air to escape.

Transfer the cakes to a floured baking sheet. We send it to a preheated oven. I will bake with convection in the "Pizza" mode (bottom heat + hot air) at a temperature of 200 degrees. Bake for 10-20 minutes until browned.
