They are original, beautiful, bright like New Year's! These recipes for sandwiches are unchanged by time and will appeal to all lovers of novelties. They are prepared quite simply, and on the table they look bright and attractive. And of course, they are delicious, each in its own way. Such snack sandwiches will definitely surprise and delight your guests. Take note of the recipe!

Yolochki sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • toaster bread
  • processed cheese amber
  • small cucumber
  • Red caviar

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Take the toaster bread and cut a triangle out of the slices, cutting off the corners. Grease the prepared bread with melted cheese. Instead of melted cheese, you can use curd cheese, caviar spread, or pate.
  2. Cut a small cucumber in half. Cut half a cucumber into slices. We cut the semicircles as thin as possible so that it is convenient to fold the Christmas tree.
  3. Spread slices of cucumber on the bread, greased with cheese, imitating the sprigs of the Christmas tree. To lay out the top of the Christmas tree, cut the semicircles into quarters.
  4. Decorate the Christmas tree sandwich with red eggs. This method is used to prepare all the sandwiches.

Ingredients:

  • sliced ​​loaf
  • boiled beets - 1 pc.
  • avocado - 1 pc.
  • cod liver - 120 g
  • lemon - 1/2 pc.
  • vegetable oil
  • garlic
  • Dill
  • cranberry

Step-by-step cooking recipe:

  1. Put the chopped loaf in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry slices of bread from one side until golden brown and remove from heat. When the croutons are cool, rub them with a clove of garlic.
  2. Cooking the filling. Detach one ripe avocado from the skin with a tablespoon. Cut the avocado into small cubes and transfer to a bowl. Pour lemon juice over it and stir. This is done so that the avocado does not darken.
  3. We also cut the cod liver into small cubes. I took a 120 g jar of cod liver. Put the chopped cod liver into the prepared avocado and mix.
  4. Cut the boiled beets into slices. Put one circle of beets on the toast. We cut it into strips. If desired, the beets can be finely grated and placed on a toast.
  5. Put a mixture of cod liver and avocado on top of the beets. This amount of filling was enough for me for 10 sandwiches. Decorate the sandwiches with dill sprigs. Put a cranberry on top.
  6. We lay out the sandwiches beautifully on a dish and serve.
