Cooking method:
Beat eggs with sugar (100 grams of the total mass), add flour and mix everything. Place kefir in a high container, add soda and mix (it will double in volume), add kefir to the dough, send the syrup there, mix everything thoroughly and put in a bowl multicooker.
The night before, you can cook cherries, I had few cherries, I added porechka). Remove the seeds from the cherry and soak it in cognac, leave to brew overnight.
While the biscuit is baking, we have 45 minutes to prepare the cream.
Prepare the custard cream: pour milk into a saucepan with a thick bottom and heat. Mix sugar, vanilla and egg, add flour and dilute everything with already warmed milk, then pour the mixture back into the saucepan and while stirring constantly, bring to a boil, when the cream begins to thicken, turn off the heat ๐ฅ and add the butter, whisk to pomp. Cover with foil in contact and allow to cool.
Cut the biscuit into 3 parts, moisten each part with an infusion of berries, then add the berries, and grease liberally with cream.
Let it brew in the refrigerator (I put it overnight). You can decorate as you wish! I garnished with chocolate icing, candy and nuts, and then sprinkled with powdered sugar.
