Cooking method:

First, let's prepare the filling for the roll, as it takes time for it to cool down. We have the simplest filling, so it prepares quickly. To prepare a roll, you can use any fish fillet, I have a carp fillet. Scroll fish fillets, onions, carrots and garlic in a meat grinder. Add egg, semolina, mayonnaise. Salt, pepper and mix everything (it is better to knead with your hands) and leave for 20 minutes.

Place the minced fish in a rectangle on a sheet of parchment moistened with water. Better to do this with wet hands. Place the vegetable filling on the edge of the bed. Gently, using parchment, roll the minced meat into a roll.

Wrap the roll tightly in parchment, twisting the edges.

Bake the fishloaf in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour.
