Meatballs in tomato sauce

Ingredients: minced meat (chicken + beef), onion, egg, salt / adjika, sauce, onion, carrot, tomato paste, salt / adjika or meat spices, water, vegetable oil

Cooking method:

Mix the minced chicken and beef. Add finely chopped onion, egg, adjika (~ 1/2 tsp to taste). Salt. We form meatball balls.

Fry the meatballs in a small amount of butter until golden brown on all sides. We put it on a plate.

Three carrots on a grater, cut the onion in half rings. Fry in a small amount of butter until golden brown. Salt, pepper or add your favorite spices. Add tomato paste and fry with vegetables for a couple of minutes. Pour water ~ 1-1.5 tbsp. Adjust the consistency of the sauce yourself. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Put the meatballs in the sauce. Simmer under a closed lid over medium heat for 10 minutes. Turn the meatballs over and pour over the sauce.
