Delicious buns that are impossible to refuse. With tea or coffee, everyone will want to try them! These buns are soft, airy, stuffed with boiled condensed milk.

Ingredients:

flour
yeast
kefir
milk
butter
sugar
eggs
boiled condensed milk
vanillin
salt

Preparation:

Cook the buns on yeast dough. Mix 100 ml of warm milk, 1 tablespoon of dry yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Stir, leave for 10 minutes.

Now beat 1 egg, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of salt and vanillin or vanilla sugar (add to taste). As soon as the mass becomes homogeneous, add 150 ml of warm kefir and yeast dough.

Add 250-300g of flour, stir, then add 70g of melted butter. Pour another 200-250g of flour and knead the dough. We remove it for 1 hour in a warm place.

The buns can now be cooked. Divide the dough into 12-14 equal parts - that is how many buns we will have. Roll out and stuff with boiled condensed milk.

IMPORTANT! Don't put in a lot of condensed milk! It should not leak out during baking, you need to keep everything inside.

Put the finished buns on a baking sheet, grease with a beaten egg, leave for 15-20 minutes and send to the oven (preheat to 180 degrees)

After 30-35 minutes, delicious buns with boiled condensed milk are ready. Sprinkle with icing sugar on top.

By the way, instead of boiled condensed milk, you can use any other filling - jam, berries, chocolate, poppy seed filling, etc.
