Ingredients: shrimp, salad mix (arugula and field salad), cherry tomatoes, onions, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, spices, herbs

Cooking method:

Defrost the shrimps. Drain the liquid. Preheat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Add shrimp, sprinkle with spices, herbs to taste, salt. You can, of course, boil shrimps, but lightly fried in a pan, they will give a special taste to the salad. Place on a plate to cool.

Rinse and dry lettuce leaves. Put on a dish. Rinse the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut in half. Put on lettuce leaves. Cut the onion into thin strips, scatter over the salad. Prepare salad dressing from 3 tablespoons. olive oil and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, add finely chopped parsley or dill. Drizzle over the salad.
