Ingredients: chicken breast fillet, large or 2 medium cucumbers, eggs, hard cheese, potato strips, mayonnaise, salt to taste, a large onion or one and a half small, dill, quail eggs for decoration (I have 5)
Cooking method:
Boil the chicken fillet until tender for about half an hour in salted water with bay leaves and pepper. Cut into small cubes. Peel the cucumber and cut into strips. Cut the onion into half rings, fill it with boiling water, add a little vinegar and sugar. Grate the eggs. We also rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
We collect the salad: put the onion on a large flat dish (first drain the water), top a layer of chicken, salt and coat with mayonnaise. Put the cucumber on the next layer, salt and coat with mayonnaise. Then we spread a layer of eggs, salt + mayonnaise. Next, lay out a layer of cheese, making a depression in the center for the "nest". Inserts on the sides of the potato straws and spread on top, furnishing the center, in no particular order.
Put dill branches in the center in the form of a nest, or finely chop the dill and put them in the center. Put peeled quail eggs on dill. Ready! Bon appetit 😋.
You can cook potato strips yourself: peel 4 potatoes, three on a Korean grater (or cut into strips) and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil. But I prefer the ready-made salad.
