In the New Year, everyone makes a wish, makes promises to themselves. And surely someone thought on New Year's Eve: "I want to lose weight."

But unfortunately, without our work it is practically impossible.

And if you continue now to eat mayonnaise salads, fatty foods and everything that is left from the celebration, then your dream will come true postponed once again, and promises made to oneself "to start after the new year" (probably something like that happened, right?) will only remain promises.

Stop eating! It's time to act! What is stopping you from starting your path to being slim now?

Usually, among the excuses for wanting to lose weight in the first place - lack of time. So here's your chance. Almost a whole week of days off is still ahead! Enough time to grasp the essence of the most comfortable method of losing weight - counting calories and BJU and try, figure out how and what to count (at the end I will leave links to cheat sheets for beginners) and decide whether it is really impossible for you to lose weight or there were just excuses and the wrong ones were chosen methods.

What do you need to make your dream come true? Desire, electronic kitchen scales and any calorie counting app that is convenient for you, which will calculate almost everything for you.

1️⃣ We send everyone for a walk, and we sit down and thoughtfully read all the cheat sheets (links at the end of the article).

2️⃣Calculate your calorie intake and set a 15% deficit.

3️⃣ We start to cook our usual meals using less high-calorie foods and less oil, weighing everything along the way ingredients and add them to the calorie counter (creating recipes for our dishes with KBZhU per 100g) or try the recipes I proposed in the catalog recipes.

4️⃣We weigh our food portions and add them to the counter. Ideally, schedule the menu on the counter for the day ahead and stick to it.

5️⃣ We eat with a small deficit and follow the BJU, gradually learn to balance the BJU.

Believe me, if you really thoughtfully read everything and comprehended everything, then in a week everything will work out automatically and all power control will take no more than 15 minutes a day. And the results will not be long in coming!

Well, to their regular readers who have gone into the celebrations with their heads (I hope there are none, but you never know) - quietly hinting: it's time to finish the prolonged cheat nice, otherwise at the control weighing it will be a shame before by yourself😉

And all I can do is show by my example. For a couple of days I took a break from counting, but since there were no bowls of salads prepared, we ate as usual - three main meals and sometimes snacks.

Today I start controlling the KBZhU again and share my menu. I want to show that you can add any dish you want to your calorie intake.

For breakfast we have the remnants of New Year's luxury - fish and caviar.

My breakfast is sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (90 g) with butter (10 g) and caviar (20 g) and with curd cheese (20 g) and salted trout (40 g).

This breakfast came out on 485 kcal.

In a reminder of recipes - the most cheese pancakes and chicken breast under the most delicious cap:

During the day I ate fruit: 130 g of tangerines and 90 g of persimmons - 130 kcal.

Before the New Year, I thought about when to cook jellied meat for the New Year itself or a little later. And it's good that I decided to cook it on December 30th. Aspic simply saves when you want to rest and cook to a minimum.

Boiled potatoes to the jellied meat and everyone is full.

My lunch is 200 g of boiled potatoes, 180 g of jellied meat and 100 g of cucumber - 545 kcal.

But for dinner today I had to prepare a salad. Collected something like Olivier, but with beef tongue. When I was collecting it, I realized that there was not enough tongue and added a little sausage.

250 g of salad, which I seasoned with 25 g of mayonnaise and 40 g of homemade whole grain bread - 500 kcal.

Speaking of bread. This year, for the first time, I felt how good it was that I bake bread myself and we, in our remoteness from civilization, do not have to wait for fresh New Year's bread to be delivered, looking at the empty shelves.

And thanks again to Nastya for the recipe for the white bread - he will save me too - it comes up very quickly and a wonderful aromatic bread is baked. Here is such a handsome man.

The result of the day is 1660 kcal.

Already in the evening of January 1, we began to actively walk - the weather is wonderful. And as you know: the more we walk, the thinner our waist😉.
