This chocolate muffin is distinguished by its simplicity and unusual method of preparation, as well as an unrivaled chocolate-chocolate taste. To make the cake taste like chocolate, we will use good cocoa powder.

Ingredients: Milk, Cocoa, Sugar, Salt, Egg (large), Vegetable oil (odorless), Flour, Baking powder, Baking dish with a diameter

Cooking method:

Cake dough, preparing very quickly, please measure out all the ingredients in advance. Pour 300 ml of milk into a saucepan, combine it with 200 ml of sugar, salt and 4 tablespoons of cocoa. We collect cocoa with a medium slide. We put on heat, stir until sugar dissolves so that there are no lumps. There is no need to boil. If there are any lumps of cocoa left, it is best to strain it through a sieve.

Stir the chocolate mixture and pour out 150 ml for impregnation, remove it to the side. You won't need it. In a separate bowl, mix 300 ml flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 150 ml vegetable oil and 2 large eggs.

Pour the remaining mixture into the dough and mix evenly with a whisk, without kneading for a long time. It is advisable not to use a mixer so as not to lose the crumbly structure of the dough. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour, pour the dough into it. I have a glass dish, I put it in a heating oven. Bake the base at 170 degrees until dry. It is advisable not to open the oven for the first 30 minutes so that the cake does not fall off. It took me 40-45 minutes to bake. Focus on your oven!

We check the readiness with a dry wooden skewer: if the skewer is dry when piercing the cake, then it is ready. We take out the cupcake. Now we need the rest of the chocolate mixture. Use a skewer to make a lot of punctures in the hot cupcake and start saturating with the filling. Let the chocolate cake brew for a few hours or overnight and you can drink tea! If you wish, you can decorate the cake with some cream or simply sprinkle it with powdered sugar for beauty. Bon Appetit!
