EVERYONE can handle this bread! And even if you've never baked bread in your life, you will definitely succeed, I promise. The main thing is to watch the video carefully and I assure you the result will be excellent! The bread dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. This is very convenient because you can knead a large double or triple portion right away and bake bread as needed, without wasting time for kneading and fermentation every time.
Ingredients
- 230 ml. warm water
- 120 ml. kefir at room temperature
- 5 gr. dry yeast (15 gr. fresh pressed)
- 8 gr. salt (one and a half tsp)
- 30 gr. Sahara
- 460 g flour
- 20 gr. butter
Steps
In a large cup, combine warm water, kefir, sugar, salt and yeast.
Sift the flour into a large bowl, pour out the yeast mixture and combine the ingredients for 20-30 seconds.
DO NOT KNOW.
Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel or cling film and leave to proof for 2 hours at room temperature.
Then send a bowl of dough to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or up to 5 days.
After 3 hours, form a bun out of the dough, put in a mold or on a baking sheet, cover with cling film and leave for an hour and a half at room temperature.
Brush the bread with melted butter and make cuts.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180 C.
