sausage - 300 g
cheese - 100 g
pitted olives - 1 can (300 g)
skewers - 40 pcs.
Step by step recipe
1. Cut 300 g of sausages into thin slices or you can buy pre-cut sausages. Any salami works well for this appetizer. It is advisable to choose a larger diameter of the sausage.
2. First, cut 100 g of cheese into slices about 1.5 cm thick. Then we cut the cheese slices into 1-1.5 cm squares.
3. Fold the sausage plate in half. Put a piece of cheese and one olive on it. We pierce everything with a skewer. To make the appetizer look more beautiful on the table, try to always put cheese and olive in the same order and pierce with a skewer only on one side: either from the side of the cheese or from the side of the olive.
