# Christmas Meat bread is a national dish of Germany and Belgium. I really like this dish and I often make meatloaf or meatloaf for the holidays. The dish looks very impressive, and it is also very tasty and juicy! Minced meat loaf is prepared simply - faster than cutlets. And it turns out healthier and tastier. In this case, the minced meat was mixed, and the filling of fried champignons fits perfectly into this dish. Delicious both hot and cold!
Ingredients: minced meat (pork-beef), a slice of white bread, mushrooms, garlic, bell peppers, onions, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, pepper, vegetable oil
Cooking method:
Cut off the crust of white bread. Soak in a little milk and leave for 15 minutes. After the expiry of the time, wring out. Pour out the milk.
Peel the onions. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Peel the bell pepper from seeds and stalks. Add to the onion in a skillet and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
Wash the mushrooms. Cut into slices. Fry until tender in vegetable oil. A couple of minutes until tender, add finely chopped garlic to the pan to the mushrooms. Remove from heat to cool.
Mix the minced meat with bread, onions and bell peppers. Add soy sauce, ketchup. Season with salt and pepper. Mix.
Line the rectangular shape with foil. Lay out half of the minced meat.
Make a depression along the entire length of the form in the minced meat and put the mushrooms in this "groove". Place the rest of the minced meat on top. Flatten.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C until tender - about 50 (55) minutes. If the top will burn, cover with foil.
Cool and chop. Delicious both hot and cold. Bon Appetit!
