Yesterday we spun meat for mantas, and today we have a recipe for classic mantas. I will not make a long introduction, but go straight to the recipe. In addition to the manta rays, we have a salad.

Cooking method:
We wash the meat, cut and twist it in a meat grinder. Peel the onion, wash and chop finely, add to the meat, salt everything and mix well.
Dough. Pour cold, boiled water into a cup, add salt, break an egg and mix everything so that the salt dissolves.
Sift the flour and start adding a little. Knead the dough, put it in a plastic bag to rest.
Let it rest a little and mix again. And we give the dough a little more time to lie down. After that, the dough is ready for cutting. Someone rolls a large circle and cuts into pieces for mantas, and someone rolls each circle for manta rays. As it is convenient for anyone.
