Cooking method:

Let's make a dough. Mix the yeast with 4 tablespoons of sugar and fill it with warm, but not hot milk. We leave for 15 minutes to rise.

Drive an egg into the dough that comes up, pour in the oil and stir.

Pour the sifted flour in portions and knead the dough. You may need a little more flour or a little less.

Leave the dough for proofing for an hour and a half. It will rise twice.

Divide the dough into 10-12 equal pieces. Roll them into koloboks.

The berry must be defrosted and the juice drained.

Roll each bun into a cake. We spread 1 tablespoon of currants. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of starch.

We collect the dough in the center, cover it up. We turn over.

Cover the form with parchment. We place the buns at a distance from each other and leave to proof for 20 minutes. Lubricate with a beaten egg. You can sprinkle with sesame seeds.

We bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes. Sugar in this case is obtained in moderation. I sprinkled more powdered sugar.
