The recipe of this salad, I found a few years ago in one of the women's magazines. He prepared and have not regretted. My family loved it! Therefore, I share the recipe with you now. I'm sure you, too, will not remain indifferent!
Preparation:
This layered salad is going to "slide". First layer - Three boiled eggs, diced.
Second layer - 100g canned corn. Top coat with mayonnaise (you can make a "mesh" of mayonnaise.
Third layer - fried mushrooms (about 150 gr).
Fourth layer - 100g grated cheese on a coarse grater. Take cheese varieties, this salad tastes better get with it!
Fifth layer - chopped packing surimi.
Sprinkle with cheese (about 1 tablespoon, put that portion in advance), pour mayonnaise (as pictured), decorate with fresh herbs and serve.
