Christmas cake " Piparkukas"

Ingredients: Cupcake:, butter, honey, eggs, sugar, sour cream, flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, cardamom box, clove bud, black peppercorns, allspice peas, Glaze:, curd cheese, powdered sugar, milk, Additionally:, butter for greasing the mold, meringues, nuts and candied fruits for decorations

Cooking method:

Melt butter with honey. Cool slightly.

Grind cardamom, cloves, allspice and peppercorns into flour. This can be done using a coffee grinder or mortar.

Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white.

Add sour cream and beat again.

Sift flour with baking powder and spices.

Pour in the oil-honey mixture. Knead the dough.

Grease a mold with butter and lay out the dough. Flatten.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 40-50 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.

Allow to cool slightly, remove from the mold and cool.

Prepare the icing. Whisk the curd cheese with powdered sugar and milk.

Cover the cooled cake with icing.

Decorate as desired. Bon Appetit!
