Juicy turkey fillet chops!

Ingredients: Turkey fillet, Bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, soy sauce, Turkey seasoning / your favorite spices

Cooking method:

Cut the turkey fillets lengthwise into thin layers, place them on a cutting board and beat each piece on both sides. When I make chops, I always cover the fillets with cling film, then nothing scatters around. Batter: I mix the egg, mayonnaise, soy sauce, spices, add a little more water (so that it is enough to roll all the chops in the batter, you can add the 2nd egg). Separately pour the bread crumbs. I immediately put the broken pieces into the finished batter so that they are a little soaked in the batter.

Then I roll each piece in breadcrumbs and fry in a preheated pan in vegetable oil on both sides, until golden brown! I spread it on a dish with a paper towel so that it absorbs the excess oil. Serve with any side dish! Good appetite! ๐Ÿงก
