Just a couple of young zucchini and a little minced meat - this is how I cook "summer" cutlets: a lot and very, very tasty

In the summer, in the season of fresh vegetables, I try to add them to all dishes to the maximum. Now is the peak of the collection of young zucchini - from them you can prepare a huge number of different dishes, while quickly and easily.

A few days ago, in one of my publications I told how I cook an appetizer from such zucchini with an interesting garlic dressing with nuts. This is very tasty dish, and I recommend everyone to try it at least once.

And today, I want to invite you to cook "summer" cutlets - this recipe has taken root in our family for a long time, and whenever possible I always try to cook such cutlets.

Minimum ingredients, maximum taste! And very easy to prepare, try it and see for yourself!

Cooking ingredients:

Minced meat (any) - 500 g
Young zucchini - 500 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Greens to taste
Salt, black pepper, spices - to taste
Flour - 100-120 g
A little vegetable oil for frying cutlets

We are starting to cook "summer" cutlets ...

Two medium young zucchini - this will just be 500 g, this time I have minced chicken, but you can take absolutely any according to your preferences. You can also add onions to such cutlets if you wish. Wash the zucchini and rub it on a coarse grater with the peel. No need to squeeze juice !!!

Add minced meat, chopped fresh herbs, break eggs and mix everything well.

Now we sift the flour, put salt to taste, black ground pepper and some spices and mix well again, and even beat it off a little to make the minced meat more plastic.

We take a frying pan, pour in a little vegetable oil so that only the bottom is closed, heat it up. And, with a large tablespoon, carefully spread the cutlet mass. Fry over low heat, on both sides until golden brown, while covering the pan with a lid.

And so so juicy and tasty "summer" cutlets with zucchini are obtained. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
