The basis of health and a slim figure is nutrition. Losing weight can be tasty and comfortable: I share my experience, menu and recipes

For a long time, blogging, I have been trying to convey to everyone who wants to lose weight:

✔ Nutrition is the basis of health and a slim figure.

✔ Nutrition is something that must always be monitored.

Remember how almost all attempts to lose weight on the next diet end. This is either a breakdown and no result, or some kind of result, which is quickly canceled out by the fact that we start eating as before and the weight immediately returns.

All short-term diets rarely lead to a stable result in the long term.

Until there is an understanding that nutrition must always be controlled, there will be no stable result. So you will jump on diets, arranging each time a test for the body. How long will his patience and resources last? Hard to say.

And the desire to lose weight as quickly as possible is generally one of the main mistakes of all losing weight. Such a desire is a direct road to breakdowns, hunger and, importantly, a deficiency of nutrients and vitamins (this is a word about the depletion of the body's resources).

To achieve a result in losing weight without harming yourself, elementary control of calorie intake and food balanced in proteins, fats and carbohydrates will help.

And it is important that by starting to count calories, you begin to understand what food and in what quantity you can eat within your norm.

Gradually slimming down, you will change your eating habits, get used to a certain amount of food, to food less high in calories. And this will allow you to easily control your diet in the future.

And it is important that when calculating calories, food is not only cabbage, buckwheat and breast. Food is everything that you can fit into your daily intake of KBZHU so that you can taste delicious, satisfying and comfortable not only physiologically, but also psychologically.

With the help of calorie counting, I lost 63 kilograms in 2 years and have been keeping a comfortable weight for more than a year and a half. I had never dreamed of such a result before, and diets were terrifying.

But now I eat everything I want within my KBZhU and enjoy life.

Finally I got to the cheesecake - one of my favorite morning meals - because it's delicious and satisfying!

Every time I cook a cheese cake from what is in the fridge. This time I used 660 g of Greek yogurt, a chicken egg, 30 g of whole grain rice flour, 50 g of cheese and a little green onions. Fried on both sides for 2 g of butter. For the cake - green tea.

Breakfast came out on 410 kcal.

In a reminder of recipes today, a salad with beets (a substitute for vinaigrette for a change) and an appetizing salad with smoked chicken breast:

Snack on fruit: persimmon (105 g) and tangerine (125 g) - 135 kcal.

For lunch, we have a dish that was ordered to me by my family, requiring it to be prepared without fail for the New Year holidays. This is baked pork from pork neck.

Previously, we cooked such boiled pork quite often on weekends and on holidays, but naturally, I never counted its calorie content.

And then I counted and was horrified at how high-calorie dishes that were previously in the diet are.

Lunch 250 g of cucumber, 50 g of boiled potatoes and 130 g of boiled pork - 665 kcal.

And for dinner, salad ala olivier (180 g) with 40 g of bread - 435 kcal.

The result of the day is 1645 kcal.

What I want to say. I don't really follow the BJU yet, but still I try not to have a strong advantage in one direction.

And it seemed that on that day I ate my calorie norm almost end-to-end, tried different dishes, and satiety went away quickly.

Still, the diet with the observance of BZHU - gives a lot in terms of comfortable well-being, especially when losing weight - therefore, BZHU should also be monitored, as well as the calorie content of food.
