Everyone in our family loves meatballs. I cook them in different ways - both in the oven and in a saucepan. And with tomato filling and sour cream. But today I replaced rice with pasta and it turned out to be no less delicious!
Fill first. I fry the onions, add a little sugar, after a couple of minutes - carrots. Carcass for another 3 minutes. Salt, add tomato paste, a little water and sour cream. After 5 minutes, the filling is ready.
How I cook such meatballs - see the video below. There are also 4 more recipes on how to use pasta not only as a side dish. Take a look - you will like:
I boil the pasta in salted water for 5-7 minutes. But more often for such a dish I use pasta that was left over from dinner))
I chop the meat along with the onions (I have a turkey thigh fillet, but meat, of course, any will do). I combine prepared minced meat, boiled pasta, egg, spices and salt in a bowl. I stir, beat the minced meat a little and form the meatballs with wet hands.
I fry meatballs over high heat until golden brown. about 30 seconds on each side.
I spread it in a suitable form, fill it with pouring and send it to the oven for 35-40 minutes. I cook at 180 degrees.
Serve hot. This is delicious! And no side dish is needed))
