In my opinion, the experiment a week did not show anything. Neither for nor against.

At the same time, let us consider the following points:
- week experiment, I actively swam every day in the morning.
- My daily ration was often lower than 1300 kcal.
- I actively drank water rate, and even more - it was hot.
All these points can be given as a plus weight and negative.
And:
- I still KBZHU complied with and if the first 2 days of the experiment just gleaning carbohydrates, the rest of the time I have maintained its KBZHU at the required level for me. Because for me BZHU balance is not an empty phrase, and I cherish their health and do not put enough force to ensure that it at least to maintain (including start losing weight on counting calories and compliance BZHU. Yes, there are many nuances to the contents of the other elements and the impact on the human body. But roughly speaking, abandoning a slow carbohydrate, we're trying to replace it with other carbohydrates.
About my experiences during the week. I always felt a slight feeling of hunger. I longed to eat something - an hour after lunch. Often I had to do not one snack per day, but two. Add something to tea.
It was easier to ovsyanoblinom. He obtained enough hearty and delicious (mostly due to the favorite salted fish as a filling).
After cereals (especially oats), I personally want to eat within a half hour, but after breakfast I consider myself gorged itself. And I know a lot of people with the same problem. Even some wrote in the comments that they have the same story with cereals.
So why replace one another slow carbohydrate, and even after that the saturation is very fast? I for myself unequivocally concluded that in the sense that for me personally, no.
Get rid of the inspired for many years is very difficult. Believe in the need KBZHU balance is even more difficult for the body, and perhaps laziness to understand all this.
For good, telling such an experiment might be, if we abandon all the food for a month or more. At the same time, then let's not eat any carbs at all. And this - the failure including from cereals, fruits, vegetables and anything that contains both fast and slow carbohydrates.
But I'm such an experiment is not exactly up my mind. My podiznoshenny organism is unlikely I would say thank you for such a carbohydrate-free diet.
