Recently I learned this recipe for a very quick, simple and amazing dough. Virtually no kneading, good fit, affordable and budget ingredients, and how easy it is to mold! You will be surprised too.
In fact, there are two recipes. It is best to bake bread or cakes from one dough, but the second is for achma or any buns, pies and other things.
Recipe number 1
Ingredients:
0.5 cups of sparkling drinking water or mineral water
0.5 cups milk
0.5 cups odorless vegetable oil
3 cups wheat flour
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
0.5 tsp l. salt
1 bag of dry yeast
How to do:
1. Dough - warm milk, yeast, 2 tbsp. l. flour, a pinch of sugar. Beat and leave warm for 20 minutes to foam.
2. Pour the brew into a large bowl, add oil and salt. Add sifted flour in parts. Knead the dough.
Important! The dough is not very dense, so you cannot knead it with your hands and there is no point in kneading.
3. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film and heat for 1-1.5 hours.
4. After forty minutes, the dough will triple. If you are in a hurry, then you can immediately start molding.
5. This dough makes excellent bread, cakes with fillings (just don't roll out the dough too much), pizza and much more.
Recipe number 2 - butter, sweet
Ingredients:
6 cups wheat flour
1 glass of mineral sparkling water
4.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tbsp. l. salt
1 glass of milk
1 cup unscented vegetable oil
1 packet vanillin, if available
How to do:
1. This option is without dough. That is, sift flour and mix with yeast.
2. Add sugar and salt, vanillin to the flour and mix.
3. First pour warm milk in a thin stream, then warm mineral water and vegetable oil at room temperature.
4. Knead the dough. Leave in a greased bowl under a towel or plastic wrap in a warm place (near the radiator, on the door of a preheated oven).
5. After about an hour, the dough will grow in volume several times. It needs to be kneaded and left for another 10 minutes.
6. Start shaping the pastry as usual. You can lubricate for blush with milk, sweet water or an egg.
Both options are baked at 180-200 degrees. From 20 minutes to 40. Depending on what you are baking: pies, tortillas or a large pie with a filling, or lush bread.
Take out the finished baked goods on paper and immediately cover with a wrung-out towel soaked in hot water. For 5-7 minutes. Then remove the cloth and oil if desired.
