Today I will tell your readers about cooking called "Scotch egg." For the first time this dish appeared in the first half of the 18th century in Britain. Initially, it was intended as a snack and served cold, but over time, there are other options for consumption. I filed this egg with a side dish for lunch - the whole family loved it. So it is safe to say that 300 years this recipe has not lost relevance and it is certainly worth a try!

1. boil chicken eggs (I decoction 5, so that all the ingredients are designed for 5 servings), clean them and rolled in flour.

2. take minced chicken (0.5 kilograms) adding bulb worn on a fine grater, salt and pepper (to taste). Knead well.
