Ingredients: Dough on a large mold of 28 cm, flour, butter, cold, egg, salt, crayfish tails, not greasy sour cream, (cream or plain yoghurt), lemon juice, dill, eggs, salt, leek, mushrooms, sherry tomato, grated cheese

Cooking method:

Chop the flour with salt and butter, add a lightly beaten egg and knead the dough, which, distributing it in the form, put in the refrigerator. Fry the leek for a short time, as soon as it begins to soften, turn it off and put on the bottom. Fried champignons in a 1-layer frying pan. I laid it out on the leek.

I mixed sour cream and dill, salt, crayfish tails and tasted it, poured it over, threw in small tomatoes.

Sprinkled with cheese.

And baked in the oven until a beautiful color, at 180-200 degrees, for 35 minutes.

The finished quiche perfectly lags behind the walls and, cut, can be easily removed. The dough also perfectly holds the filling without breaking.
