Roll with poppy seeds and cottage cheese is a pastry that is very loved by many. Very tasty.
Ingredients: Puff yeast dough in plates, "Helio" poppy seed, Biotvorog 5%, Egg for lubrication, Coconut flakes
Cooking method:
Prepare all ingredients.
Remove the frozen dough from the package and leave for a few minutes at room temperature, then separate the plates from each other and leave for another 1.5 hours to defrost.
The dough is ready, roll out slightly, shape into a rectangle and lay out the filling. In the beginning poppy, cottage cheese on top.
We turn into a roll. (as pictured). Grease the edges of the dough with a beaten egg.
Punch the egg with a blender and grease the rolls. Sprinkle with coconut. We put the formed product in a warm place and give time to increase the volume, 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180⁰ degrees and bake the rolls for 30 minutes.
After the rolls, cool on a baking sheet, because if you cut it hot, it can break. Serve cooled pastries with coffee, tea or a glass of milk.
