Recipe-help when there is no time to cook or reluctance. A simple and quick recipe with potatoes and canned fish. Any fish will do - pink salmon, saury, sardine, etc. The main thing is that it is not in tomato sauce, but in oil or its own juice.

Potato casserole with canned fish. I do it when I'm too lazy to cook (10 minutes in the oven and the whole family is full)

Preparation:

Cook the potatoes in their skins until tender, then peel and cut into slices. Put the potatoes in a baking dish, salt to taste, put a little butter on top. The bottom of the mold can be covered with foil.

Put the canned fish on a plate, remove the large bones, knead it a little with a fork and add sour cream. Add greens or sautéed onions if desired. Mix and spread over potatoes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, put tomato slices and some more cheese on top. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We cook for 10 minutes and can be served. Delicious potato casserole with canned fish is ready.
