Ingredients: eggs, sugar, honey, flour, baking powder for dough, cottage cheese for cream, sour cream (20%, thick), sugar, vanilla
Cooking method:
Beat egg, salt, sugar until fluffy white mass. Add honey, stir and add sifted flour and baking powder, knead the dough like thick sour cream. Pour in one layer onto a baking sheet with baking paper, greased with vegetable oil. Flatten. Bake at 180 C for 10-15 minutes.
Trim the edges of the finished biscuit. Cut into stripes, then into rectangles. Put in a cake pan, smearing with cream in the form of a slide. Cream: beat the cottage cheese with sugar and vanilla with a blender, adding a little sour cream until a fluffy tender mass. Then add the rest of the sour cream and mix.
Sprinkle the finished cake with crumbs made from biscuit scraps. The cake can be served with tea immediately, or you can give the opportunity to soak in the cream. In both cases, the cake is delicious. You can add honey or finely chopped marshmallows to the cream for flavor. Delicious!
