Ingredients: pasta (noodles, spaghetti, horns: any), soy meat, onions (small), garlic if desired, vegetable oil, salt, spices (black pepper, nutmeg, coriander), dried / fresh herbs at will and to taste
Cooking method:
Boil pasta in salted water. When ready, if desired, you can add 1 tsp of vegetable oil so as not to stick together.
If you have minced soy, prepare it according to the instructions on the package. If soy meat is like mine, then soak it in boiling water for 10 minutes, then rinse and squeeze the water out of the meat. Then the soy meat needs to be whipped in a blender (or scrolled in a meat grinder) into minced meat.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put onion. Fry for 2 minutes.
Then add minced meat, salt and spices to the onion, dried herbs if desired. Fry for 7-10 minutes until tender. I burned, I added a little water.
When the minced meat is ready, put the pasta on a plate, the cooked minced meat on top, or mix everything in a skillet. Add fresh herbs if desired.
Chop the onion into cubes or also chop it with minced meat in a blender or scroll in a meat grinder.
