Cooking method:

Add bourbon and stir, bubble for 1 minute. * Put the bananas, cut lengthwise, with the caramel, cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the bananas are soft. Turn over a couple of times. Let cool.

Place the bananas on the cheesecake, drizzle with caramel and serve.
