Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.

Friday, I was waiting for her! Most of the 12 June to rest, and we worked. And so we have 3 days off in a row and it's great! That's just the weather as always satisfied with its surprises. But nothing, not even in this rainy weather you can have a good rest, would be a good company, and we are waiting for guests at the weekend.

Today, my husband and I planned a few cases and want to visit the market, to see whether the berry season is in full swing did not fell, well, purchase products would not hurt.

Dinner turned on 70 kcal. Were more available calories that I spent on the berries.

Total for the day I got 1160 kcal and about 100 calories left on the evening of berries.
