CARP BAKED IN SOUR CREAM - this fish goes well with a slightly sour taste of sour cream, vegetables and light white wine. Thus, you can cook both a whole carcass and portioned pieces. Suitable sour cream of any fat content. The recipe is easy. #quickly

Carp baked in sour cream

Ingredients: large carp (the stump has about 900 gr), Salt, Pepper, Sour cream

Cooking method:

Cut the carp into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Lubricate generously on all sides with sour cream. We let the fish brew and soak for about an hour in the refrigerator (I had it all night). You can marinate in the morning and cook in the evening 🙂.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We send the fish to bake for 25-30 minutes. Be careful not to overdry!

As a side dish, you can serve french fries, or mashed potatoes, or any baked vegetables. I have asparagus beans in French (there are in my recipes).
