And under pressure from the public, a person goes hungry, without pleasure goes to a hated gym, angry at himself and at the whole world. As a result, he throws everything, breaks down.
And no one thinks that such a merciless attitude towards the body will backfire, if not immediately, but it will definitely backfire.
Eating overweight for years and then trying to lose weight in record time is not a good idea. Any sane person who thinks about his future, about his health should understand this.
It is much more important not to lose weight quickly, but to improve your diet, balance it, understand how much energy from food you need.
Our body requires a certain amount of nutrients every day to function properly. (proteins, fats, carbohydrates) and the energy they carry, as well as vitamins, minerals and many others substances.
Putting your body on another starvation diet, you deprive it of a large number of substances that it needs, thereby destroying the foundation of your health. And what follows the destruction of the foundation? The whole house may collapse.
The more often you go in circles: dieting, breaking down, gaining excess weight again, dieting again - the faster the foundation of your health collapses.
Safe weight loss is:
- slow weight loss with a minimal energy deficit necessary for the normal functioning of the body.
- a balanced diet without giving up any nutrient (proteins, fats or carbohydrates).
- a varied diet, saturated with all useful substances with a minimum deficiency from food.
Our goal should not be to lose weight quickly, but to come to a balanced, varied diet within our calorie allowance.

And in the evening, I finally wound everyone up with shawarma. Although I did not wait for my favorite pita bread. I had to buy the only one that was in the store.
My shawarma today consisted of: 100 g of pita bread, 100 g of grilled turkey breast, 50 g of cherry tomatoes, 50 g of pickled cucumbers and 30 g of sour cream with garlic. Dinner on 525 kcal.
The result of the day is 1565 kcal. B - 90, F - 69, U - 146.
