Today I want to share a recipe for baked mackerel in the oven with lemon in foil. In this way, mackerel always turns out to be very tender and tasty. It is not a shame to submit such a table to a festive table.

Recipe:
fresh frozen mackerel - 2 pcs.
fresh parsley - a small bunch
garlic - 2 prongs
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
lemon - 4-6 slices
lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp.
salt, pepper - to taste.
COOKING METHOD
gut mackerel, cut off the heads, wipe my wash with a paper towel.
Rub with salt and black pepper.
prepare the filling: mix chopped parsley with chopped garlic and vegetable oil
cut the lemons into half rings (remove the seeds)
Put the filling in the fish
make cuts on top and put lemon in them
wrap in foil and bake in the oven
bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes so that the fish is browned on top.
