Ingredients: chicken for broth, shrimp, Tom-yam soup paste, direct from Thailand, coconut milk, SPICES:, Galangal root (can be substituted with ginger), Leaves Kaffir Lime, Lemongrass, Mexican coriander leaves, Chili pepper, Garlic, Champignons, small tomatoes, Fish (soy can be used) sauce, Lime juice (can lemon)
Cooking method:
Boil chicken broth (I have a 3 liter saucepan).
Boil the shrimp.
Pour spices (lemongrass, galangal ...) into a boiling broth or just water.
Put your choice of chicken, shrimps... I peel some of the shrimp, some just like that. Then it's more interesting to eat.
After 2 minutes, pour in the fish sauce, to taste, it is very salty. I have 3 l - 3 tbsp for a saucepan.
Add mushrooms and tomatoes, then lime juice, I also crumbled 0.5 celery stalks.
Add Tom-Yam paste (1 tsp. On hand) or according to the instructions.
Pour in coconut milk.
Add fresh cilantro, I added a couple more green onion feathers.
