Cottage cheese 5% fat 200g
Chicken egg 2 pcs
Butter or margarine 150 g
Sugar 150 g
Vanilla sugar 8 g
A pinch of salt
Flour 200 g
Baking powder 10 g
Raisins - 100 g

2. In another bowl, combine the curd and melted butter or margarine.

3. Combine beaten eggs and curd with butter. Stir. The mixer can be omitted.

4. Add baking powder to the sifted flour, mix. Then add to the egg-curd mass and mix well. This will make a thick dough.

5. Rinse the raisins with hot water and dry on a paper towel. Add to dough and mix gently. Place in a muffin tin with a tablespoon. It turns out 12 pcs.

6. Send to bake in a preheated oven until tender for 25-30 minutes. Check readiness on a dry wooden skewer, the cupcakes should be browned.
