Buckwheat can be eaten not only as a main course, but also for dessert. Let's make a delicious buckwheat-linseed raw food sweetness with peaches (now they are just in the juice!)
Ingredients:
1. Buckwheat (half a glass)
2. Flaxseed (1/3 cup)
3. Peaches - 2 pieces
4. Honey - 1 tablespoon
5. Water - 1 glass
Preparation
In the evening, we soaked flax seed and buckwheat in cold water (we use the usual brown, that is, fried, but you can also take live green). In the morning, buckwheat will swell and climb over the edge!
We washed the peaches, removed the bone, put buckwheat, flax and the pulp of one peach in a blender container, added honey and a little warm water so that the blender does the job better (for coffee lovers it will be even tastier if you add ground to this porridge-puree on the tip of a knife coffee).
Beat everything together for about 1.5 minutes. We put it in a cup, add slices of the second peach and the buckwheat treat is ready!
Bon appetit, dear friends! Now you know one more way of unusual preparation of your favorite familiar buckwheat porridge.
