Ingredients: whole chicken breast (4 halves), sour cream (or kefir, or yogurt), dry garlic, paprika smoked, black pepper, salt, bread crumbs, finely grated cheese, turmeric, basil dry

Cooking method:

In each chicken breast, from two halves, make cuts with a sharp knife, not cutting through to the end. Salt a little.

Add spices and a little salt to the sour cream. Mix well and pour over the chicken. So that the fill gets into all the slots. Let it sit for at least half an hour, but longer. You can leave it overnight.

Prepare the breading. Add turmeric, dry basil, dry garlic and cheese to the bread crumbs. Sprinkle each chicken breast with very high quality breading, penetrating into the cuts, from all sides.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the breasts in a baking dish. Bake for half an hour. But be guided by your oven. Serve with fresh vegetable salad or any side dish.
