Delicious crumbly lemon-apple pie. The dough is great, suitable for any filling. Recomend for everybody. And thanks to author @ Oksi71 # christmas
Ingredients: flour, sugar, egg CB, dry yeast, salt, butter / margarine, sour cream, for filling, lemon, apple, sugar, starch
Cooking method:
Making the dough. Put yeast, sugar, salt in sifted flour and mix. Add butter and sour cream with an egg and knead the dough with your hands.
We put the finished dough in a bag / film and in the refrigerator FOR AT LEAST TWO HOURS! I used the dough the next day, 18 hours later.
For the filling, remove the seeds from the lemon and apple. Peel the apple. We twist in a meat grinder. I used the whole lemon with the peel. Put fruits and sugar in a saucepan. We heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. We introduce starch and boil until thickened.
Cover with foil into contact. Leave to cool.
Roll out the dough into a layer of 30 * 20 cm. Make cuts of 2-2.5 cm. on the sides, as in the photo. Put the filling in the middle, distribute it evenly. And now we cover with strips, alternately right / left, as in the photo.
We transfer our pie to a sheet of parchment. Bake at T-200 * C for about 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
The taste is very bright, crumbly, with lemon sourness pie. I really liked it 👍😋. You can add more sugar. But I had enough. Enjoy your tea, everyone!
if the dough is rolled out a couple of times, then it will be STILL crumbly. The filling can be made not sweet. For example meat / fish / vegetables. Experiment, go for it!
