Cooking method:
Let's knead the dough into the noodles. To do this, beat the eggs well with a pinch of salt, and add flour to them in parts (about 2 glasses). The dough should be very, very tough! So as not to crank, do not add water! We put it in a bag and put it in a warm place so that it lies down.
Then we roll it out very thinly, 1 mm thick, and hang these rolled dough leaves so that it airs slightly for 30 minutes. Then we dust the table with flour and roll the already dried dough leaves into rolls very tightly and cut our noodles thinly.
In the meantime, we have already boiled chicken in the broth. Put our noodles into the finished broth, salt, pepper and add the onion, cut in half. From the moment of boiling with noodles, cook for another 5-7 minutes and turn off. Our homemade noodle soup is ready! And what a scent! Bon appetit.
