New Year's holidays have died down, salads are already fed up with the order, so today I decided to cook a simple, quick and very tasty casserole. The casserole turns out to be tender and satisfying, with a pleasant aroma of fried onions and garlic. The liver in it is juicy, and the potatoes just melt in your mouth. Pouring based on sour cream and eggs perfectly combines all the ingredients. #quickly
Ingredients: Potatoes, Onions, Carrots, Asparagus Beans, Chicken Liver, Pouring:, eggs, sour cream, mustard, salt and spices
Cooking method:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin circles (slices).
I rub the carrots on a coarse grater. I cut the onion into half rings. I fry the onions and carrots in a pan, at the end add a few chopped cloves of garlic.
I wash the liver and cut into small pieces.
I put potatoes in a baking dish, alternating with fried vegetables and liver.
I added some more thawed asparagus beans.
Preparing the filling: I mix the eggs with sour cream and mustard. I add salt and spices to taste.
Add potatoes and vegetables with liver a little on top. I pour out the fill, try to distribute it evenly. I don't add water.
I cover it tightly with foil and send it to a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 1-1.5 hours. Sprinkle with cheese at the end of cooking.
An appetizing casserole from available products is ready. Even if you don't like liver, I advise you to cook. I'm sure your preferences will change.
Bon appetit 😋. Instagram @ogorod_ddom
