Yes, and yesterday I did not drink water standards. I did not want to upset himself figures in the balance, though I understand that all of the weight, which is more than 86.4 (this figure was in the balance in the previous Monday) is water.
But. I understand that someone is waiting for my weigh.
And it would be desirable that those who are just at the beginning of weight loss, it is understood that the weight is not always consistently leaves. There are times when it is necessary or even increases. And when the bulk of the excess weight is gone - so in general it begins a very difficult process of parting with the surplus.
So. I am responsible and went to weigh in the morning.
It turns out this week just 200g gone. I now have a state, when a little bit out and it's good. Especially after the May stagnation.

my breakfast consisted of sandwiches on rye bread (75g) with creamy small (5 g), caviar carp (40 g) and crude (30 g) under Jasmine Green Tea. I did not forget about vitamins and breakfast.
Breakfast came on 430 kcal.
By the way of vitamins. Complex vitamins I Cutting 3 months and now makes a break for a month exactly. Stays with me vitamin D and Biotin. We must already start to drink omega-3, but still could not reach her hands to buy.
As usual Monday I daily household chores that have accumulated since the weekend and work on the computer.
At the snack I had rye bread with cheese (20 grams) of green tea. And then 2 apples (160 g).
In addition, she measured out for the day itself rye bran (30 g).
Just went to the snack 260 kcal.
If you carried away as I cut - do not forget to drink water actively.
For lunch cooked bulgur whole pan with vegetables. Enough is now a few days to have lunch.
Plate bulgur with vegetables (300 g) for lunch - 240 kcal.
For dinner I tomato salad (120 g) and cucumber (100 g), filled with 25 g of 10% cream. And chicken cutlet with vegetables (110g) - 160 kcal.
He prepared his cottage cheese and apple strudel, which has already become a favorite. And of course, a piece (100 g) with green tea and ate itself, allowed the benefit of the free calories - 100 kcal.
Total dinner turned 260 kcal.
Total for the day turned out at me 1190 kcal.
Today diligently drank his water intake.
Unfortunately, in the near future I will have to forget about the physical load due to a slight injury. But I hope that soon again in order!
