Ingredients: Dough:, kefir, egg, vegetable oil, soda, salt, wheat flour, Filling:, pickles, ketchup, boiled sausage, hard cheese, mayonnaise, provencal herbs
Cooking method:
Prepare the right ingredients.
In kefir at room temperature, extinguish the soda, add salt, an egg, vegetable oil, mix well with a whisk. Gradually add the sifted flour, kneading the dough. The finished dough should not stick to your hands. Cover the dough with a napkin or foil, let stand for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough and put it on a baking sheet or pizza dish (from this amount of dough, I got 2 round pizzas, mold diameter 26 cm). Lubricate the dough with ketchup, lay out the diced sausage.
Next, lay out the cucumber, cut into small cubes, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, make a mesh of their mayonnaise.
Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top. We bake in a heated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 ° C.
