Amazing, this billet - lecho. Dish of Hungarian cuisine, which has long been settled in our kitchens, and is incredibly popular in season preparations.

Each course has its own version of lecho, but I want to offer you classic recipe.

Ingredients:

3 kg of pepper
3 kg of tomatoes
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l. salt without top
1 cup of sugar
0.5% vinegar cup 9

Preparation:

1. Tomatoes select dense, low water content. Such as fingers or cream.
Wash the tomatoes, cut in and cut the white part at the stem.

2. Skip the tomatoes through a meat grinder. It should get monotonous tomato mass similar to mashed potatoes.

3. Bell peppers with thick and juicy walls washed, cut and remove the seeds.

4. Cut the sweet pepper strips, not too thin. But do not do thick strips.

5. In a large pot pour salt and sugar, pour the vinegar and oil.

6. Put in a bowl tomato mass.

7. Put the pan on the stove and bring to a boil.

8. The mixture was put boiling tomato straw pepper, stir, reduce heat and simmer for exactly 40 minutes.

You can add the bay leaf and peppercorns.

9. lecho to sterilize jars, boil and cover.

10. Fill hot sterile jars and immediately fluidized letcho roll.

11. Cool the workpiece at room temperature and then removed to storage.
