Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 46 kg.

Today I want to stay a little bit boring. That you do not make mistakes and to maintain their health.

Quickly throw 30-40-50 kg - this is not the point! The main thing - is to maintain your health and ultimately to get the look that would suit you in every way.

Start with a small deficit - 15% is enough to comfortably start losing weight. Your body will gradually get used to the new weight, your skin will be tightened, and not hang down with a cloth.

You do not want to end up with a thin body skin developing as a flag in the wind?

At the same time, many failures begin with a large calorie deficit. Feels malnutrition, hungry, appetite stirs. Well then do not break? Yes?

But starting with a small deficit, you will cut quite a bit of your diet, and do not notice how addicted. Gradually, the stomach will get used to smaller amounts of food. Yes, you will lose weight would not that fast as we would like. But you will lose weight comfortably.

Think about your health - start to lose weight if you have overweight. But to start losing weight - about health do not forget!

Turn boring mode and turn to the menu.

For breakfast I had the banana-oatmeal cake (130 g) with apple and cinnamon. And sandwich on rye bread (30 g) with fish pate (30 g). And of course, green tea.

Total for breakfast I got 380 kcal.

In the morning it does not work today, and I looked in the window envied those who are in a clearing not far from home - sunbathing. And I decided that I could afford to run for an hour or sunbathe. Successfully did! I found a nook under the sun.

I have a snack in the sun apple (140 g) - 65 kcal.

Snacking apple and ran home, until it is very hot.

You know, even after such an hour of rest a second wind appears. It is possible and to work.

For lunch, very quickly cook a turkey with vegetables in an Asian style. It turned out delicious and unusual. I wanted something like that, that's unusual and I got Bring some variety in the diet.

300g turkey with vegetables - 190 kcal.

As a low-calorie dinner turned out, I allowed myself to tea, banana-oatmeal cake (80 g) and dried (35g) - 220 kcal.

After lunch, I plunged into the work at the computer.

For dinner I made easy tomato salad (150 g), cucumber (100 g) and tucked it soft cheese (30 g). By fried in salad dressing without oil pan nonstick turkey breast (150 g).

The remaining cheese from a jar eaten 3 hours before bedtime.

Total dinner turned 280 kcal.

The day is accumulated 1135 kcal.

I've honestly tried today to score their 1300 kcal, it seems that just did eat. But it does not work again. And what will happen when the summer heat even deprive of appetite?
