Cooking method:
Twisting the greens. Fry an onion cut in any way in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils until pink in color or until the shelf becomes "glass" - transparent. We take out the onion for pancakes, put a couple of tablespoons of oil in the mixture. We twist the cod fillet, onion and white bread in a meat grinder. Salt. Add herbs and eggs; the mixture should be quite liquid.
In the same pan, we begin to fry the pancakes. The pan must be hot. From 9 positions, I start frying at point 7, then move on to 6. I fry until a beautiful color.
