Preparation:
I say right away: there are no clear proportions, they are not important in this recipe. Therefore, you can adjust them to your liking.
So, we need a raw pumpkin. Grate or cut into thin strips. This is the base of the salad.
And then add dried apricots (steam and chop), a little raisins, an apple without a peel. We use liquid honey as a dressing.
You can also add nuts, seeds or prunes to the salad - they also go well with pumpkin and other ingredients.
