So simple and so delicious! These chicken rolls can be served on the festive table and simply cooked for dinner - they are always snapped up. I really like this recipe - the rolls are juicy and very fragrant. Try it yourself!
Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into layers, beat it off, salt and pepper to taste.
Grate the processed cheese or finely chop it, add herbs, garlic, a little sour cream or mayonnaise.
We spread the cheese filling on the chicken fillet, roll it up and secure with a toothpick.
Fry the rolls on both sides until light golden brown. Then transfer to a baking dish. You can directly bring them to readiness, or you can mix sour cream and grated hard cheese and grease the rolls with this mixture on top - then they will be even juicier.
We bake the rolls in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Serve as a separate dish or with a side dish. Or you can cut it into pieces and serve as a snack.
Very tasty, simple and fast! Bon appetit, my dears!
NOTE: You can use regular hard cheese instead of processed cheese.
Ingredients:
chicken breast fillet 4 pcs
processed cheeses 1-2 pcs
cheese 100g
sour cream 150g
3 cloves garlic
salt
spices
