And the whole day I measured myself 30g rye bran - 80 kcal.

For lunch cooked bulgur with vegetables for the whole family - fast and delicious!

For tea, I took a piece of chocolate (15 g) 75% - 80 kcal.

After dinner, we did not go anywhere, it was very hot, and all the signs of an impending storm. Yes, and tired, we decided to just relax at home, watch a movie and share their impressions of the trip. And well, that did not go swimming as initially wanted, because we have already in place overtaken by storm!

About the dinner did not even bother again all cooked scrambled eggs and sliced ​​vegetables. The dinner is not useful (proteins and fiber).
